PhoneNumber (required), Language (en or es), and placeholder columns like FirstName and ExamDate that match {{PlaceholderName}} tags in your templates. Placeholder columns are optional — leave a cell blank if you don't have that value, and the message still sends with it left out.

Editing an existing script updates its call flow directly — the next call using it will use the new wording. Only one script's flow is "live" on the campaign at a time; queuing a campaign automatically points the campaign at the script you selected.
